a bag of any veggie scraps, frozen or fresh
a few cloves of garlic
salt, chili powder, and garlic powder
1. Drizzle avocado oil at the bottom of a pot in your Instant Pot
2. Add your bag of frozen or fresh vegetable scraps, garlic, and spices
3. You can add additional flavor to your broth with ginger or other spices
4. Cook in the Instant Pot for 30+ minutes
5. Once cooked, strain the scraps out of the broth and place in a freezer safe container for longer storage or in jars in the fridge.
